1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. A minor may use the service only through a parent or lawful guardian.
2. Nature of the services
Rekha Astrology provides faith-based and interpretive astrology guidance, information about devotional practices, coordination support and selected puja materials. These services do not guarantee an event or outcome and do not replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment or relationship advice.
3. Enquiry, scope and acceptance
A WhatsApp enquiry is not automatically a confirmed booking or order. Before payment or work begins, we will aim to confirm the service or product, scope, information required, price, expected delivery method or timeline, and any important limitations. Your written confirmation or payment after receiving those details constitutes acceptance.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Do not share another person’s private information without appropriate authority or consent.
- Use the service lawfully and respectfully; do not threaten, harass or attempt fraud.
- Make your own decisions and seek a qualified professional for regulated or high-stakes matters.
5. Prices and payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Indian Rupees. The final price, delivery charges and applicable taxes, if any, will be communicated before payment. Do not send payment to an account or QR code that has not been confirmed in the current official WhatsApp conversation. Never share an OTP, card PIN or banking password.
6. Consultations and personalised work
Timelines depend on the agreed scope and receipt of complete information. A delay caused by missing or inaccurate information may extend the timeline. Interpretations are opinions based on astrological traditions and the information provided; another practitioner may interpret the same chart differently.
7. Physical products
Product images and lists describe the advertised pack, but packaging, brand, colour or minor presentation details may vary while preserving the agreed essential contents. Availability and serviceable delivery locations must be confirmed before payment.
8. Testimonials and recognition
Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise that another person will have the same experience. Recognition media is displayed as supplied and must not be understood as a government, platform or third-party guarantee of results.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, copy, branded media and original materials may not be copied, republished or sold without permission, except for ordinary personal use of material supplied as part of your service.
10. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Rekha Astrology is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of astrology guidance, indirect losses, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Cancellations, refunds and delivery
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms where applicable.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these terms for future use. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
13. Contact and disputes
Please first contact Rekha Astrology on WhatsApp with the booking or order details so we can try to resolve the concern fairly. These terms are subject to applicable laws in India.
