2. Information we may receive
The website itself does not ask you to submit personal information. If you contact us on WhatsApp, book a service or place an order, you may voluntarily provide:
- Your name, phone number, profile information and messages available through WhatsApp.
- Birth date, birth time, birth place and questions relevant to an astrology consultation.
- Delivery name, address, PIN code and order details for a physical product.
- Payment status or transaction reference needed to confirm a payment. We do not ask for or store card PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.
- Feedback or testimonial content that you choose to share.
3. Why we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to answer an enquiry, describe and provide an agreed service, prepare a personalised reading, coordinate a puja or order, handle payment and delivery, provide support, prevent misuse, keep necessary business records, or comply with law.
4. Sensitive and birth-related information
Birth details and personal questions can be sensitive. Share only what is necessary and what you are comfortable providing. You may ask us not to use particular information before the agreed work begins, although this may limit the service we can provide.
