1. Service area
Physical-product delivery is offered to serviceable PIN codes in India unless a different destination is confirmed in writing. Please share only the delivery details needed to check serviceability.
2. Order confirmation
An order is confirmed only after stock, essential contents, total product price, shipping charge, delivery address and payment are confirmed in the official WhatsApp conversation.
3. Processing time
Most in-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Custom preparation, holidays, high demand or an incomplete address may require more time. Any material delay known to us will be communicated.
4. Estimated transit
Transit commonly takes an additional 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, local restrictions, festivals, courier disruption and other events outside reasonable control can cause delays.
5. Shipping charges and tracking
Any shipping charge will be disclosed before payment. When tracking is available, it will be shared through WhatsApp after dispatch. Tracking may take time to activate.
6. Address responsibility
Check the recipient name, full address, PIN code and contact number before confirmation. A return, re-dispatch or loss caused by an incorrect or unavailable address may require an additional delivery charge.
7. Delivery problems
If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is not received, contact us promptly so we can raise an enquiry with the courier. For visible damage, incorrect items or materially missing contents, follow the 48-hour process in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Contact
For a delivery question, message Rekha Astrology on WhatsApp with the recipient name and order date. Do not post the full address publicly.
